How to sign up to the Library

UG-related users

• UG students, PhD students and employees are automatically enrolled in the Library based on the database from e-University.
   
• The library card is: Electronic student card (ELS), Electronic doctoral card (ELD) and Electronic university teacher service card (ELSNA). Those who do not have electronic ID cards, purchase a BUG library card (fee in accordance with the Price List). 

Users associated with FarU Universities (Gdańsk University of Technology, Gdańsk Medical University).

Using a library account of your home university you can borrow collections from libraries affiliated with the Fahrenheit Universities Union (Gdańsk University of Technology and Gdańsk Medical University).

Users from outside UG and FarU

Listeners of the Gdańsk University of the Third Age, employees, PhD students and students from other public universities of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, students of secondary schools and others - are enrolled in the UG Library. You should report to the lending library with a current electronic ID, an index, a school ID and a declaration signed by a parent/guardian (students who have turned 16 years old) or an ID card (students who are 18 years old or older).
