The Main Library and specialized libraries are open from Monday to Saturday (except for the Cultural History Library and the Oceanographic Reading Room, which are closed on Saturdays). We cordially invite you to use it.

The following persons are entitled to borrow BUG collections: employees, doctoral students and students of the University of Gdańsk and other public universities in the province. Pomeranian Voivodeship, secondary school students, GUTW students, other persons after paying a deposit in accordance with the Price List.

Library training for first-year students is mandatory in accordance with the University of Gdańsk Study Regulations § 19. section. 2, point 2 and 3. Online training is available on the Educational Portal.
