The University Library has 20 individual study rooms that are place in the Main Library.

1. Who can use them?

Those entitled are exclusively people connected with the University of Gdansk, i.e.:
- academic staff,
- students and PhD students

2. The time of use:

- 30 days for academic staff,
- 2 weeks for PhD studens,
- 1 day for students.

In case of no demand, the period can be extended.


3. What should be remembered?

- In the room on can work within the Library working hours.
- One can use all the works belonging to the Library (except for documents from the Special Collections Department) and one’s personal materials.
- Materials taken from the reading room shall be returned on the same day before the Library is closed. 

4. Booking

The study room can be booked at the Circulation Desk, Main Library.
