Study rooms

The UG Library has Individual/Group Study Rooms, which are located in the Main Library.

1. Who can use?

Only users affiliated with the University of Gdańsk are entitled to use it:

• academic employees - 1 day,
• PhD students - 1 day,
• students - 1 day. 
• In the absence of reservation of the room by other readers, the rental period can be extended.

2. What should you remember?

• in Individual/Group Study Rooms you can work during the opening hours of the library.
• you can use all works belonging to the UG Library (with the exception of documents from the Special Collections Branch) and your own materials.
• materials from the reading and lending rooms that are not on the reader's account must be returned the same day before the library closes.
