The University of Gdańsk faculty members, the Library staff, the University administrative staff, the University professors emeriti* have a right to:

• borrow 30 books for 180 days, including short-term loans from the reading room for 7 days***
• extensions of regular loans - the maximum duration of all extensions is 60 months (the duration of each extension is 180 days),
• use the electronic sources via the University network and HAN,
• order publications from other libraries via the Interlibrary Loan Service,
• use an Individual Study Room for 1 month (only academic staff, teachers and the University professors emeriti*)

* only after obtaining the status of professor emeritus on the basis of the University Rector’s decision

 *** the reading room book collection is not subject to extensions
